Low Calorie Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies

About the cookies:

These cookies are perfect for breakfast or as a snack for the day. The recipe is enough for 5 cookies. I like eating them on top of my fruit bowl or as a side with some hot tea.

Why will you love them?

These low-calorie oat cookies are made only with oat flour, sugar-free, dairy-free, very soft. They are fluffy and bubbly, the texture reminds of white flour cake. With the chocolate chips, they make a perfect taste combination.

  • 1 egg

  • 10 grams of bananna

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of baking powder

  • 1 coffee spoon of stevia

  • vanilla to taste

  • 40 grams of coconut yogurt or any other yogurt.

  • 60 grams of oat flour (I made mine with a blender)

  • 2 grams of coconut oil

Directions

  • Beat the egg separately; beat egg whites until they form thick foam.
  • Add mashed banana + vanilla + baking powder + stevia + coconut oil to egg yolks and beat again
  • Add the mixture to the egg whites and add the oat flour
  • Using a spatula, combine everything while avoiding mashing all of the air we just created.
  • Add the chocolate chips in the batter
  • On a tray, add parchment paper and form the cookies with a spoon.
  • Bake on low heat for 20-25 minutes
